FAQs
Boarding and Daycare Requirements
Are there any requirements my dog must meet before a meet and greet/daycare/boarding?
We require the following of all dogs present on property and in our care:
-
All dogs must pass an evaluation during a meet and greet to ensure they play well with other dogs and people.
-
All dogs must be at least 4 months old to give them enough time to build up their immune system.
-
All vaccinations – Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella* – must be current (Flu strongly encouraged).
-
Females must be spayed by 6 months. Males 12 months and older must be neutered.
-
Current flea and heartworm prevention is required at all times.
-
Have a reservation confirmed in Gingr (after meet and greet).
-
For current clients: Have boarded/been to daycare with us in the last six months (re-evaluation required if it's been 6 months or more)
*Bordetella (kennel cough) must be current or updated at least 2 days prior if administered intranasally and at least 5 days if administered with a needle, to take into account the incubation period to allow the vaccination to take effect.
Early/Late Policy
We require all clients to please communicate with us if you will be early or late by more than 15 minutes. All reservations must be made through the scheduling app we use called "Gingr". Gingr requires a specific time be selected when making a reservation and the times you choose are what we will be basing our daily schedule on, especially when we can have dogs outside. If somebody drives up while the dogs are outside the excitement caused by a person and/or car arriving can cause fights or injuries to occur.
ANY CLIENT WHO ARRIVES 15 MINUTES OR MORE EARLY OR LATE WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION WILL BE FINED $5 FOR EACH OCCURRENCE. PLEASE RESPECT OUR SCHEDULE.
Please text us with additional questions and to schedule your meet & greet!
We look forward to hearing from you!
